My Story:

In this presentation Al Bailey shares the pitfalls that many Foster kids, find via some of his first hand accounting;
Al illustrates why most Foster Care kids are finding these pitfalls and what we can do to change our Foster Care system
to help these children avoid the same pitfalls, thus giving them a better chance at becoming a success story.

Help Your Foster Children – Sexuality Acceptance:

Al Bailey shares with existing and new foster care parents the importance they play in their foster children’s lives.
This is done with first hand, personal accounts that the foster parents can identify with. Al stresses the important
role foster parents play in foster children’s lives. He stresses self-esteem issues, including the sexual orientation
of each individual child and how importance the foster parents teachings of self-acceptance will enrich the children’s
